After reading all the 5 star reviews on here, I was actually concerned that maybe friends and family had written reviews to keep the star count up. But I called and talked to Sean. Bottom line – all these reviews are accurate. Sean worked directly with my tenant to assess the problem and then worked directly with me to make decisions about what to purchase, etc. He and his guys did an exceptional job. They were clean, on-time, pleasant, and polite. Sean provided guidance on what he would do and when I asked about a more expensive/larger unit, he explained why I really didn’t need to spend the extra money. I will definitely refer others’ to him and will use him again should we need heating and a/c services. Awesome company and people.

Got home from vacation to a house that was 95F. Yikes!! Unbearable, almost. But better than outside at 105F. Called TLC at 4:45PM Friday and Sean was at our house on Sat at 9AM, as scheduled.
I told him the problem. He looked at my AC condenser outside, pulled a new electrical capacitor off his truck and installed it. An hour later he was gone and my AC was back to running normally.
It took quite a few hours to get my whole house temp back down to 80F, as expected when even your drywall, carpet and furniture is 95F.
Great service.great estimate & repair cost. Sean great person. Did extra work @ no charge. highly recommend tlc. Will definitely call back for any future work needed.
